USCIS needs to give their decision in 15 days after the receipt date. This is applicable for regular/extension/transfer cases.
What is processing time for an RFE case in premium processing ?
For an RFE, the petitioner needs to respond to the RFE within 60 days of the receipt notice. After receiving the RFE response from the petitioner, USCIS needs to give their decision in 15 days.
